RE: Nottingham Forest - Bristol City - ac_vodka - 26-02-2022 Yeah no concerns really. Didn't step out of 2nd gear but no need to as completely controlled game. Bigger test Friday but I think we will be up for it. RE: Nottingham Forest - Bristol City - ozzyten10 - 26-02-2022 That was as comfortable as it gets. Non need to go full throttle- especially with so many games coming up. I was a bit miffed that mighten or Lolley didn’t get on for Brennan RE: Nottingham Forest - Bristol City - willdared - 26-02-2022 Thought the performance was pretty decent.. controlled the game throughout and should have scored more goals.. always think Bentley ups his game against us RE: Nottingham Forest - Bristol City - JWJW - 27-02-2022 Good performance. Our players wanted the ball and run to it.......as opposed to Preston where they run away from it. Davies had a brilliant game. I was. We could have, no, should have smashed Bristol 4 or 5 today. Yes, their keeper did well, but our performance levels have really dropped off of late. The finishing was poor (yes Im looking at you Zinc). We'll need to play much better at Sheffield on Friday or we'll get done easily. No way. That was a superb performance for most part. Bentley was MOTM for me. That's the only reason it was 2.0. Kind of sad isn't it? RE: Nottingham Forest - Bristol City - JollyLolly - 27-02-2022 Good result and performance, only disappointment for me is our inability to put the opposition to the sword and increase our goal difference at the same time. Goals in this division gets you promoted and I am sure if Grabban had been playing yesterday we would have scored 4 or 5, other the Brennan we do not have a consistent goal score in the squad, Davies had a great game again but will never get you 20 goals a season. Had Samba conceded the goal Johnson scored people would have started building gallows. Bentley made some decent saves granted but the ones he didn’t save were the ones that mattered RE: Nottingham Forest - Bristol City - Sniffer Dog (Admin) - 27-02-2022 (27-02-2022, 11:14 AM)Username Wrote:(27-02-2022, 08:46 AM)Sniffer Dog Wrote:(26-02-2022, 07:11 PM)Username Wrote: Not many comments on here today. Don't worry though. When we lose to Sheff Utd, get knocked out of the cup by Hudders and Cooper says he wants to speak to Leeds about becoming their new manager and make Johnno is first signing it will be bedlam. RE: Nottingham Forest - Bristol City - JWJW - 27-02-2022 Both goals took deflections..............Had Jonno's shot not deflected it would likely have not gone in. Bentley had a great game and kept the score to just 2-0. Davies will score 20 goals a season once he plays regularly........this is really just a start for him getting games under his belt. Would love us to buy him in the summer. Depends how much I've drunk or my mode of transport from away games as to how quick I comment. Hard to comment and drive at same time sometimes. :giggle: Think I stick something on win lose or draw usually accentuating the positives I hope. Yesterday was a pleasure to watch. Credit Bentley with a couple of worldies. The build up to second goal was top draw. Like to see Davis hold it up a bit more consistently as he can be an absolute unit one second with 3 defenders being held off and then it can bounce off him or be given away a touch cheaply against a single defender the next minute. Think he needs a goal too. As well as PNE played, I felt Brizzle were shocking. 4 points is a decent haul though. |
