Indeed. Clinging to the belief Chelsea in the final could work for us. Support them vs Newcastle on Sunday and to win at home to Man Utd. Thats them in the top 5, then they rest players vs us on 25th 3 days before their conference final.
Lots of ifs but I reckon the best scenario.

Possibly.  I reckon they'd definitely prioritise our game, and finishing top 5, over winning the euro conference.

Would need Newcastle not to beat Arsenal too (or us to not beat Leicester/West Ham) and Villa to drop points for Chelsea to be mathematically safe. That's the only way they rotate surely.

I do agree that Chelsea winning is probably the best result still.

How about:

Bournemouth beat Villa
Forest beat Leicester
Chelsea beat Newcastle

If that happened and we then beat West Ham, we could be supporting an Arsenal win next Sunday to seal the CL spot with a game to spare.

Is that too much to ask?!

That sounds good to me Wassy lad.

Probably yes.

Would also work the other way if Newcastle beat Chelsea but then we'd need an Everton win.

Wouldn’t worry about anyone else, just need to get a win and move on to the next one.

Our European place will be confirmed today if Brentford and Bournemouth both fail to win.

Yes definitely want a Bournemouth win today.

We can celebrate getting some kind of European football tomorrow when we beat the foxshit.
