It probably won’t happen, Ange hasn’t given up on him yet and his Dad probably wouldn’t let it happen either.
But it is a classic example of young player sold the dream of big club glory only to find he was far happier playing for his boyhood club.

The trouble is, when you arrive at a club as a £50m player, you've got to hit the ground running, no matter how inexperienced you are. If you cant get going then the fans are going to turn.

I've have been raised to listen to you mum and dad but hopefully the younger Johnson might tell his old man to keep quiet if there ever will be a time when he might come back to us but saying that I can take or leave him really because we've moved forward and going for bigger fish.
