Fine margins though because if we had lost to West Ham which we would have done without Var then we would be 4th bottom since Dyche.
I am fairly happy with the points on the board. It is the turgid style of football that grinds my gears.
Most games under Nuno were a S**t watch though to be fair, even the memorable games were made of memorable moments rather than 90 minutes of pure joy.
I actually enjoyed last seasons football. Nothing bores me more than these tedious sideways and 10 yards passes to nowhere. Last season when we got the ball we did something with it and I liked watching. I found it more exciting than most matches.
The current approach, needless to say, is torturous.

Not alone in weird mis remembering of last season. I remember having to apologise in a pub on Anglesey as I asked them to put game and it was turd.

Which games are you thinking of?
Only two that immediately spring to mind were Liverpool and Everton away but the former was not a great spectacle. The latter we were simply devastating in three single moments but a crap game otherwise.

Yes that was it.
When we won the ball on the turnover there was always anticipation and excitement as we moved forward at pace.
Now it's just like FFS and put your head into your hands.

That wasn’t a game we sprang into action though, their manager got his tactics wrong and we just walked all over them.
