That is a very big ask indeed for us to stay unbeaten. Even then it might not be enough. Villa and Wednesday could also stay unbeaten. We still have hope though...even with Pants in goal.

Promotion if i'm honest looks too far away. 3 points is close but it feels like others are coming into form where as we never feel like we have any form. think we would be lucky to get 68 points this year.

It's been a better season and an improvement on previous seasons no matter what happens now.
I can see clear signs of progrees both on and off the pitch. I am happy with that right now.

its a pity, we had loads of chances to make progress into top 6th coupled with poor decisions by refs and a dias shocker against norwich.

True. And yes. There's progress in both off the field and on the field.
It may not be quite as quick as we'd like on the field... (But unless we 'stick' with a 'plan' appropriate to the Championship we'll never make the Premier with Ground Hog day.)
We've finally got the basis of a squad that can cope with top 8 and we've beaten or humbled all of the top 6. That is definite progress.
To get that level of consistency? We need quality additions all over the park. In some regards, last Summer was a missed opportunity.
But a blessing in disguise, we finally have the prodigal son back home (MoN) and getting promoted under him would be a real dream come true just as the plans for the 'New' ground get under way.
Forest fans. We're such romantics...

Oh yeah, Dias on the pitch instead of Os'. :(
And there's all the games 'we' should have won with gifting last minute goals...and all the 'blooming cheating' games and the 'You don't know what you're doing!' games with blind refs. :dodgy:

Villa have. And they looked a ways off the pace. But they put those '3' wins together.

Forest have to make it happen. How badly do the players want it?

Even if the mentioned clubs are not punished this season (they may or may not, I don't know) then it would certainly help us next season.

Is the punishment immediate?
If so, Birmingham are right out of things.
Villa, Derby and Wednesday all seemed to have a pot of endless money whilst Forest were hit with a transfer embargo that seemed to last forever.
Interesting development. I hope the above 3 get there -9 points real soon!
