Send Jenkinson out on loan to League 1 or 2 - even if it means we pay 100% of his wages.

The lad has no redeeming qualities at all.

:D :D :D

I only watch the non celebrity version - and, even then, only when Philip Serrell is participating.

Figs got fouled on the touchline for one goal too. Was that the fourth or 5th?

Imo it was a 2 or 3-1 game, not a 5-1. We could easily have kept the pressure on at 2-1 but the ref killed us. F-ing homer. Haven't felt this angry about a ref in a long time.

Sorry, Rubbish. The ref made poor decisions but we were outplayed by a better team. We would have lost regardless.

Ive seen enough of this lad now and im done with him. He cant defend, offers nothing going forward, has no passion and is technically limited. How the hell did he stay in Arsenal so long.

If Christie gets injured were in serious trouble.

I dont disagree we were second best but you have to factor in we started with Bacherou and Freeman who between them dont add up to a single fit player.  And also Mbe Soh playing out of position. No way could we hope to win with that midfield. Yes blame CH for picking them ahead of risking Sow or Cafu but lets be realistic, they were never going to win.

And a special mention to Lolley and Taylor, both of who were poor, again. These two players must be costing us circa 50k p/w in wages and frankly are robbing the club. They need to step up and show some leadership.

I know mate and wasnt having a pop at you. However our summer recruitment was supposedly to give us better strength in depth, you would expect these players to be able to compete, that worked well didnt it? Swansea changed 7 aswell so I dont think the 2nd string argument holds water, you could easily switch it and say how could they possibly score with a completely different front 3.

I still think we will stay up using our 1st choice team, just find it so frustrating that summer recruitment has made us weaker overall rather than stronger, there is no team spirit or ethos as DJ is alluding to on twitter this evening. You are right about Jenkinson though, he is worse than any of this years buys, big fee big wages, injury prone, unsuited to our style, poor player, just an appalling recruitment decision.

No offence taken chap. Surely you have to accept that playing 2 unfit players in a midfield alongside Mbe Soh puts us in a position where you're chasing the game.  Thats different to electing to play youngsters.  Add in the homer ref factor and the score's about right.

Clearly wenger had a soft spot for him. Alternatively because he was injured all the time they were just waiting to see if he was any good

If he had not played for arsenal, he would be seen as a league one or two player.

I really do think signing players with 'Premier league' experience is terribly overrated. There is a lot of dross in the Premier league and they tend to be the ones who demand a big wage because of their 'experience'.
