Cannot dwell on this.

Hull next.

Let's go show them just how excited we are to be in the play offs.

Referee apologised to Cooper for not getting the offside / penalty decision correct

He was so far onside, what a f*****g joke. I get we were shit second half but we score that and its a completely different game. We can play on the break and we were on top at that point.

Just frustrated that once again a shit decision has cost us. I'm sure we've had a few go our way over the course of the year but I can't remember them!

Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Let’s take the positives.

To be disappointed, after Game 45, to be still in with a chance with the autos, is incredible.

Fair play to the players and staff.

Hopefully Davis will be available soon

Spot on. I'm as gutted as the next person  but not liking the negative sh1te flying around immediately after the game on social media and forums. I love these boys and Cooper and am probably taking it to heart a bit.

The bigger picture though is one to be immensely proud of.

Yep, a bit of that I think. He was very jaded.

He looked rattled with the decisions going against him

It’s ok to critique the match, good and bad, it’s not necessarily negative, just dealing with matters in black and white. It’s actually good for your mental health to write down your feelings.

That's why I hate social media and don't go near it.

These lads will know that tonight was not their best. They didn't get the rub of the green first half and for whatever reason, struggled to impose themselves second half. But need support, not criticism as they will be hurting. This is not a side of over rated mercenaries but a squad that is still relatively young and inexperienced. They have come so far in just a few months and we're up against a team that, on paper, is worth 3/4 times what the forest squad is.

I'm proud of what they've done for this club and its reputation. It's goy people who will have forgotten forest exist talking about them again and in a positive way.

Now is a time to look forward and see where this journey takes us. I for one remain positive about our chances.

Dont think I could agree more with the above - looked vey jaded tonight and certainly not at our best we have rode our luck with injury`s over the season but fair plays to Bournemouth who just out played us tonight and had a stronger bench. Don`t fear anyone going into playoff`s....think tonights pressure will have helped with playoffs if Cooper can replenish the mental aspect and if you look more broadly at the fact we were even if for a shout for automatic`s, never mind playoff`s, lot to play for and we are more then capable of going up the hard way.

In fairness by losing six of the first seven meant we got to this point the hard way. What's three more games (hopefully) the hard way.
Plus we might finally get a trip to Wembley. Its been too long
