Think Jones os much more of an orthodox winger than a wing back, Spence is the more versatile one with equal ability  forward and defensively, for that reason he is probably worth a fair bit more.

At least Spence has an assist to his name now too. Almost had 2. 
Jones really is a cracking player, but I would not swap Spence for any RB in this league right now. What he did for the 3rd goal was unreal.

The showboating step overs and blew his opposite over like a flea.

I think Id stick with him. Big ask for a new manager to come in, abandon their Ishmael direct football tactics and improve results along the way.

Depends when, we didn't have Lowe, Spence, Garner, Zinc for most of the early games. Also played a lot of the better teams early on.

However, based on what he's got out of the current team, maybe he could've worked his magic with Bong, Gabriel and Figs too!
