Spot on. RE: The Premier League 2022/23 - Sniffer Dog (Admin) - 06-09-2022 Looks like Rodgers is very close to the exit door now. RE: The Premier League 2022/23 - Sausage Roll - 07-09-2022 But Tuchel has beaten him to it. RE: The Premier League 2022/23 - Sausage Roll - 07-09-2022 Pochettino, Zidane and Graham Potter all linked as his replacement. Any sensible club would hire Potter and give him space to build a team that can beat Man City Buts it’s Chelsea so they will hire Zidane and sack him again in less than a year. They've been giving players massive contract lengths, I could see them do that with a manager. Coming from American sports, in season coaching changes are not very regular (only speaking based on NFL, not sure about other US sports) RE: The Premier League 2022/23 - Sausage Roll - 07-09-2022 Brighton have given Chelsea permission to speak to Potter. Also want to speak to Poch too, feeling like a two horse race, although depends if Potter would be interested. Now it's getting really interesting. RE: The Premier League 2022/23 - Salvatore Matrecano - 07-09-2022 Not convinced Potters speciality is taking on all the mega money signings and egos in that dressing room. He is more about moulding a team, he may still be tempted though. Meeting him this afternoon now with a view to appointing him. Moving pretty fast, seems like it's gonna happen. Suspect Chelsea had already sounded this out in advance, imagine Brighton will be less prepared. I guess we'll see where they stand in a few days. |
