Yes I agree. Probably a similar size club to Brentford but so much more likable. Respect to Bournemouth. RE: Bournemouth - Nottingham Forest - Shawoddyred - 23-01-2025 The lack of Billings makes me much more confident! I'd be pretty happy with a draw to be honest, but we should certainly back ourselves to go for a win! RE: Bournemouth - Nottingham Forest - pennhillred - 23-01-2025 Christie, Kluivert and Semenyo get booked a lot. If we can play smart and stop them from taking the lead, and if they pick up some bookings and need to make subs, I like our chances. They have so many injuries so if it's close, as the game goes on, the better for us. (I hate this fixture!!! I live in Bournemouth and we never beat them. Hopefully, this weekend is the one!) This season we've already beaten four of the sides that we hadn't done since returning to the Premier League. Would be great to add another to the list. RE: Bournemouth - Nottingham Forest - Username - 23-01-2025 Always found Bournemouth to be unlikeable when managed by Eddie Howe. A point is a good result generally but the margins are so fine nowadays that it might be two points dropped come the end of the season. RE: Bournemouth - Nottingham Forest - Sausage Roll - 23-01-2025 CHO still a doubt according to Nuno's press conference. Missed training for a couple of days, late decision will be made. Got to respect where they came from too. Bottom of League 2 with -15 if i recall RE: Bournemouth - Nottingham Forest - Paplane - 23-01-2025 What's all this Bournemouth love in? Hate them. Tin pot club playing above their nature level only because they're funded by a very wealthy individual. In my eyes, they're preventing proper clubs like Sunderland, Leeds and Sheffield Wed reaching the level they should be playing at. I've no real opinion of them but respect what they've achieved under their manager. They are a good team. I just hope we can finally get 3 points against as cannot remember the last time that happened RE: Bournemouth - Nottingham Forest - Paplane - 23-01-2025 (23-01-2025, 06:08 PM)Plymouth red Wrote:(23-01-2025, 04:53 PM)Paplane Wrote: What's all this Bournemouth love in? They're a club the size of Notts County. The only difference between them and Notts is that they're based on the south coast and as such have some wealthy individuals prepared to pump millions upon millions into them. Its a pity they cant pump that kind of money into their ground maintenance. Lets not forget during this little love in how they conveniently had to postpone their match against us because they had a bit of wind and rain and almost certainly denied us the opportunity get into the auto promotion places. Cheating bastards!!! Im with you on this one Pap |
