RE: Wolves - Nottingham Forest - Fumanchew - 31-12-2024 It’s nunos first time at wolves since taking the Forest job, I’m hoping for a response of adulation from their supporters RE: Wolves - Nottingham Forest - Trailer Park Tom - 01-01-2025 I don't know too much about their new coach, but I do know you can't fix a defence that bad overnight. Gary O'Neill is no mug at this level and they are definitely vulnerable at the back. RE: Wolves - Nottingham Forest - Chicago - 01-01-2025 Wolves are ther worst. Would love to put them to the sword. Them and the Blue Bin Dippers in the bottom three with tripswitch jumping out of the relegation places. Ipswich are completely benign and I have nothing against them and and also Jonnob Snr got his reputation from playing for them and his family has been good for us. Wolves on the other hand have the Michael Branch incident (Never forget), and also loads of crazy incidents against us in the Champ. As well as the Loopyteggy game with Podence spitting at our players.. Also it's the West Midlands... Gahhh. Hopefully their manager falls out with all of his players sooner rather than later. So yes, a win against our hoodoo team would be lovely. Chicago: Never Forgiving. Gary O'Neill is no mug at this level and they are definitely vulnerable at the back. So do you think Wolves are no longer vulnerable at the back? I don't expect them to roll over with their recent form/new manager bounce although they did keep a cleansheet earlier in the season against Southampton. The two games you refer to were Leicester and Man United with their best player sent off in Bruno. RE: Wolves - Nottingham Forest - Mcforest - 02-01-2025 Wolves have definitely become more compact and deeper when defending. No longer playing a wide block and forcing teams into the middle of the pitch, it's about stopping play in the middle of the pitch now. So the new manager has made a few quick changes that is for sure. But we know that real change needs a proper pre season for the manager to get his ideas across. Players are likely to return to what they learnt during those crucial months which is why the new manager bounce comes to an end and performances are erratic. I see this game very much like Everton match. Tight and going to be tough. Wolves have a little bit more up front than Everton. It would be so good if we could get this win on Monday. RE: Wolves - Nottingham Forest - Marinakis Red - 02-01-2025 Cunha is going to be a big miss for them. Everything positive goes through him. 1st goal is key again in this one. So we got pretty lucky with that one! Think its 20 years since the appointment of Gary Megson and all the misery that brought, including losing to the team down the road from me.
