I think the only way to get anything is to show them zero respect and do a "Bielsa"............so non stop running and closing them down and hard tackling.
They will not like it......they will want to play their game at their pace........the only way to disrupt is to force them to play faster and giving them minimal time without someone trying to get the ball off of them.
Need to put in 100% effort and crawl off of the pitch at the end.

Defensive line up will not cut it.............we have to be 100% on the front foot, chasing everything and everyone down.........even if we have to make 5 subs at half time as everyone is knackered.........only way to get something out of this game.
We tried the "lets stay in it" with Arsenal and Manure and its just does not work for us.

We did fairly well vs Man Utd away, think something similar is what we will see.
However I agree, would like to see us far more aggressive and nasty and in their faces although we just dont seem to have that sort of team. Having said that both Felipe and Shelvey are no shrinking violets.

Shelvey will make a huge difference - deep lying play maker who can ping it all over. Knows the dirty side too.

The difference he made when he came on at Fulham was clear as day. Hope he starts against City.

Yeah, an hour should be enough time for the game to be safe enough for us that we can take him off.

I would put Mighten on one wing and Jonno on the other and for 60 minutes tell JJS to ping balls for them to chase like the wind.............then 60 minutes sub them all off and see where we are........ should make a few of the City players a bit tired.....and maybe a yellow card or two............
We have to disrupt City as much as possible, make them very very uncomfortable.

City just played Villa Sunday
Today they play Arsenal
Sat Us
Wed Leipzig Champions League
They are going to look to rest key players on Wednesday - thinking we are an easy 3 points and they have more important fixtures with Arsenal and Leipzig.
If we choose the right tactics and are hard in the tackle on them and make them run around - we really do stand a chance of an upset imo.
I will be sticking a bet on a Forest win or draw anyway............ :)
