The ref would have blown if he hadn't spent 4 minutes celebrating like an under 11s team that had just won their first cup. More discipline and professionalism will prevent a repeat showing. You can crazy style celebrate at the end if you've finished the job properly.

Sorry I meant "we" celebrating not "he".

Sometimes things can get over analysed. What team wouldnt have gone mental having scored a 96th minute winner? I also note that Reading also went mental when they equalised.

I myself was going mental, and i wasn't even at the game.

We need to develop a way of shutting up shop, late goals v Millwall, Middlesbrough and now Reading have lost us six points.

Those six points and winning our game in hand would have us level on points with West Brom.

Yes they did but the ref didn't add any time on for Readings celebrations.  :@

He blew the whistle straight away after the restart.

Incisve comment.

That is now 9 points lost from late winning positions.

The Coach needs to work on that.

eg.  Celebrating when the job is done.   Reset the mind after the goal.  Concentrate.  Cash.  Professional
foul to stop the cross.   Lots of things to work on.
