RE: Karim Ansarifard - Maltared - 30-09-2018

If the greek midfielder and Jacob are not even making the bench for the league games...almost a month after signing...i doubt that we will see the iranian before Christmas...always if we assume match fitness is all that it is keeping them out of the matchday squad..

RE: Karim Ansarifard - the jock - 30-09-2018

being honest im not sure we will ever see the greek play for us. he will have to leapfrog colback watson yacob guediora and bridcutt. the cup getting serious now so no room there.

RE: Karim Ansarifard - JWJW - 30-09-2018

Its a long season...………. If the midfielders are going to be throwing themselves around as Colback is doing, there will be plenty of injuries...……….

I m hoping that he is better than Watson nd Gueddy especially...cause if for him to play it takes an injury or a suspension to the above...then he is not much good...I still think that for a team gunning for promotion, we r still misding something in midfield...even yesterday, fir long spells, Blackburn pegged us in our half nd we couldn't get out of it...maybe Colback was looking good in some last ditch tackles nd recovery blocks...but i want our midfield to dominate with us passing the ball around comfortably nd then hit the opposition with nice through balls or pin point crosses...maybe i m asking too much...

He won't play much unless we have an injury crisis, he is 6th choice behind Colback, Geedy, Watson, Bridcutt, Yacob and I haven't even mentioned Yates yet.

If he is behind all the above lot why did we brought him here?... money down the drain ?... we should upgrade what we have nd not get players to make up the numbers...yesterday I eas impressed by Blackburns Dunk...he was the best player on the pitch by a mile...if Carv is worth 15 million Dunk is worth 20 ...if Blackburn r hoovering mid table nd we r near the top ...in January...he is the type of player we should go for ...he will make us unbeatable nd scare the shit out the opposition defence...

Olympiakos lost 0-1 at home to PAOK yesterday and it's not gone down too well.

Some fans are calling for Ansarifard to return!

Assume we’re taking Bradley Dack here.
Rovers turned down £15m on deadline day from West Brom.

He's a player we were linked to when he was at Gillingham.
He was available for peanuts and we should have taken him

RE: Karim Ansarifard - Paplane - 01-10-2018

I dunno about Dack. Gifted player yes, but don't you have to build your team around him to be successful?

As Reds73 said, he's been around the lower leagues for years now and there've been no takers from big clubs.

1. It prevents the player from leaving Olympiakos and signing for Panathinaikos, PAOK or AEK.

2. He will be sold for 1 - 1.5M and Forest will make money on him. He is not on big wages.
