so we’re in the first column, England the first place association in Europe. The bits missing are ucl champion, uel champion and two teams from the associations with the best co-efficiencients see below

So even if we’re fifth we don’t go into the qualifiers?

Nope we just go into pot 4, actually we’ll be in pot 4 either way

Looking at past 10 years - 57 pts will get a top half finish but unlikely to be higher than 8th. Looking at all the chasing teams, that is likely.
60 pts (1 win) is normally enough to get 8-7th - so that might be European football with one more win but again there is a big chasing pack
63 pts (2 wins) probably looking at 7th-6th
66pts (3 wins) probably 6th
69pts (4 wins) probably 5th
72 pts (5 wins) with the exception of one season has always been top four
Looking at our remaining home fixtures - everton, Brentford, Leicester and Chelsea with maybe a win or so away with a few draws. Tonight's win does a lot to take pressure of those tricky away trips coming up.
Won't be easy but it feels so close
