Bit of a non story seeing as they are unlikely to every operate in this country and our contract was agreed before new rules came out.
Can understand why we take the money but I really hope this is the last gambling company we ever associate with.

Last I heard it's a free country still and should be able to make our own choices. If a company wants to pays us money then why should we care as long as its not illegal in any way.

Commercially I have no problem, they offer more money than for example a tech or energy company.
Guess it seems wrong to have a sponsor solely aimed at the Chinese market which none of us have a clue who they are or what they do, Quite a few articles about how they seem at best a bit shady.
So should we have a UK based gambling company like Ladbrokes? Maybe that’s better although in my line of work I see the problems such companies cause to individuals. A bit like smoking sponsors years back I would prefer Forest to have nothing to do with it.

I agree with you on everything but you can find fault with every company wether it's Tech, Alcohol, Airlines or other companies. But like I said its still a free country and being told who we can have to sponsor us by the PL is restricting our ability to earn money.
I understand where you are coming from with problems being caused to individuals because most people know someone harmed by certain companies but we'd have no sponsor if we're going to please everyone.

We are partnered with a crypto firm would they have enough money to move to front of shirt? It could be a too volatile market to get into. Could it be viewed the same way as gambling? (Ie falling under that remit)
Btw the link on our official website to kaiyun still errors out. Wonder if the truth of it will come out one day to haunt us
