Now you’re talking.

He would be a good signing

Something odd here? Dane Murphy has reappeared as CEO of Barnsley on their club website. He was removed this morning and back on this afternoon!!!! Have they given him a hugh pay rise or did their webmaster jump the gun?

According to Paul Taylor’s latest Q&A, he says that although Murphy is currently in the U.S he is already involved.

As of today 7th July the great Dane is still showing as CEO of Barnsley FC and their website is right up to date! No announcement from Forest either? If this is indeed correct why has it not been confirmed via the press or respective club websites?

But his contract expired and Barnley haven't announced that he signed a new one.

I was told last week that Murphy is in the States and would not be back until next week, which is now this week; his sidekick Taymour Rashidi did start work last week.

I just cant believe there won't have been a restriction in his contract with Barnsley preventing him from moving to a rival within a prescribed time.

Ive had emplyment contracts with such clauses in them when I was just an average employee, not a CEO.

Well, if his contract with Barnsley has expired then I can't see that Barnsley can demand anything.
