Opinions eh Pap.
I thought that the enforced substitution weakened us dramatically.

I was a bit concerned by Bach coming on but we saw out the game. He's not fully match fit.

I was relieved to get a point vs Barnie as many teams have been pilot to the sword by them.

Ie us for starters.

I thought a 0-0 vs them with a patched up team was a sort of progress.

It was important not to lose today whilst we await reinforcements.

SA.

The sooner we fans can get back the better. Things have been terrible since the break (ok a little before).
There is no passion without a crowd, players just going through the motions.

Have to say I agree, he looked much slower than Sow. Passing was fine but not got the tackling ability of Sow

Well...he's no Sow but Sabri brought him in as Watson's replacement..?

RE: Nottingham Forest - Barnsley - Salvatore Matrecano - 30-01-2021

Agree with that, we were weaker overall, neither Cafu or Bachirou are ball winners although Bach was tidy enough on the ball he didn’t do enough and yet again we lost the midfield to a Barnsley side.

He may have done - but he ain’t no Watson or Sow.

Not his fault.

Yeah Cafu didn't look great in that position, let's hope Sow is not too bad or Yates can come back quickly

maybe it didn't happen but the only management really was bringing Mighten on at 87 mins

then the tactical genius of getting the game to slow down to nothing so we don't lose?

we have a relatively large squad of slightly above average players, many over 30 but no changes except for more injuries incurred by scoop ball ... but once again, no tactical changes or fresh legs

it feels like everyone on the bench just feel like nothing when many teams will make there 5 changes to find ways to win the game, i'd like to see everyone involved and viewed as an assett to get the 3 points, i worry quite a few players will become cynical and feel unvalued

besides when chasing the game, i don't think i have seen any sign of a tactical change, if any changes like for like

I'm the eternal optimist, there were a few glimpses and seemed solid but I want a manager to manage and show some sort of belief in the squad and urgency to get wins

you can't say CH is getting any abuse for any decisions because he doesn't change anything, just looks like we will be quite predictable for other managers to prepare for, we could end up being lambs to the slaughter
