Well it defo wasn’t broken as he was walking
and initial scan was all clear. Let’s hope it’s only a matter of weeks

Ankle ligaments perhaps. Think that’s usually weeks rather than months thankfully.

I’m pretty sure the scan he had in London would have picked up a serious injury ?
Surely wouldn’t have travelled to Spain.

Maybe just got to take weight off it for a bit

he went for a 2nd scan in lisbon.

RE: Injuries And Suspensions - Trent End Dave - 09-07-2019

Scans have to be interpreted. When I did my acl the first specialist told me it was an acl rupture and meniscus damage. The second specialist then said it was acl, lcl and an assortment of other things and no meniscus issue, which I ended up getting fixed.

Quite possible the 2nd scan would have been with the ankle more settled and less swollen which would give a clearer picture.

Whatever has gone on fingers crossed he’s not out for long.

Dirty Alfreton thug. Doe's anyone know the name of the 'player' who chopped him?

Am I imagining this...
Didn't a similar occurance happen in a previous Pre Season "Friendly" against Alfreton, maybe a couple of seasons ago?
I cannot remember who was injured on that occasion
