Goal Line Technology, aka Hawk Eye, tells the referee, via his watch when the ball has completely crossed the line. For the second time this year in a Forrest game it did not register on the wrist, hence the ref thinking that a goal had not been scored. The fourth official had to tell him and he reversed his original decision.
