I think you're probably right but for me he also needs to realise the club doesn't have the infrastructure of a Premier League club yet and it isn't something you can just do on the fly, it requires proper planning by proper football people; recruitment needs addressing, so do the facilities, coaching staff, strength and conditioning staff etc. we're still a long way behind most clubs in this division and these details count for a lot at the top level, simply replacing the manager with someone you deem to be more "elite" means very little if you don't have that other stuff sorted. Marinakis has rightly been praised for the financial backing but his money would go so much further if and when these issues are sorted out.

Come on now, its all Cooper’s fault, he should have made better substitutions and not played Ayew. If only we had appointed Roy Hodgson instead Haaland would be handing over his golden boot to Sam Surridge.

Marcelo Gallardo - Had an insane record in his 400+ games for River Plate
Pascal Jansen - London born Dutchman whos doing really well with AZ in the Eredivise, maybe even finishing above Ajax.
