RE: Is Vrentzos The New Mark Arthur, Should We Question Him? - Widdow - 29-10-2020 If having 4 left backs at the club (albeit Blackett injured and the cypriot suspended) and we see Jenkinson play from the start I would be shocked (we’ll wouldn’t be shocked I’d be disappointed) He did ok there as a makeshift left back but with Riberio still at the club then should bring him from the cold. Or if people want to see bong given another try then that is another option, but think it would be a disaster I was surprised that Colback wasn’t moved to left back last night and could’ve brought on Sow. He has been badly treated as he wanted to stay at forest rather than go to Oly RE: Is Vrentzos The New Mark Arthur, Should We Question Him? - Sniffer Dog (Admin) - 29-10-2020 (29-10-2020, 11:39 AM)Widdow Wrote:(29-10-2020, 11:32 AM)Alf Wrote: I'll be AMAZED if Ribero gets a look in at any point. Is that a fact Widdow... RE: Is Vrentzos The New Mark Arthur, Should We Question Him? - ThePromisedLand - 29-10-2020 Hopefully Hughton has the absolute autonomy we all hope - and Ribeiro will be given an opportunity to show what he can do. The 25 man squad should tell us - when revealed. This is the point. I have suspicions about Vrentzos and my feeling is no smoke without fire. But I do like to see some sort of evidence and we have no evidence whatsoever that Ribeiro has been frozen out. He may have some sort of personal problem for all we know which could explain why he isnt in the team. I would like to see him in the squad for the weekend though. Exactly SM. Some are putting 2+2 together and making 5. As anyone considered that Ribeiro stepped out of line? Clubs have disciplinary codes. Could be anything Sniff. My guess is that he realised he was paid a pittance compared to the others and asked for a pay rise, just at the point in which EM exploded over the capitulation. RE: Is Vrentzos The New Mark Arthur, Should We Question Him? - JollyLolly - 29-10-2020 Didn't Riberio put out on Twitter that he was OK to play some weeks back when left out of the matchday squad? Sabri seem less pleased with this and so may have the club, possible that he broke club rules and has been discipled? Ribs has to be number 1 choice, though I would say Jack Robinson was good solid player and subject to unfair criticism, possibly a stronger player all round than Ribs, but Ribs the Rebel may turn out to be better than the previous Ribs and Jack combined, i like angry players chomping at the bit wanting to play RE: Is Vrentzos The New Mark Arthur, Should We Question Him? - Alf - 29-10-2020 (29-10-2020, 11:52 AM)Sniffer Dog Wrote:(29-10-2020, 11:47 AM)Salvatore Matrecano Wrote:(29-10-2020, 11:43 AM)Sniffer Dog Wrote:(29-10-2020, 11:39 AM)Widdow Wrote:(29-10-2020, 11:32 AM)Alf Wrote: I'll be AMAZED if Ribero gets a look in at any point. Sorry Sniff, but I've heard from very reliable sources the same thing Widdow has. RE: Is Vrentzos The New Mark Arthur, Should We Question Him? - Sniffer Dog (Admin) - 29-10-2020 Why would we shoot ourselves in the foot like that? The rumour Ribeiro is not playing because our owner wanted him to go to Olympiakos but he wanted to stay at Forest, so now we spite ourselves by not playing him at all? That is absurd.
