He had a pretty rough time of it at Spurs and his Wolves team were incredibly dull. Plus they steadily got worse and wasn't able to work out how to make them more creative. He certainly did a good job with their defence.
Also, binned off our record signing on loan...

It makes sense over some if not all of the other names being mentioned.
Personally I thought he did a superb job at Wolves.

And if he cant save us then he has done time in the championship too, which is a bonus. He's not a sexy choice I admit but he's ticking a lot of boxes for me. Then add in the fact that there's also a Forest connection with him, Woan and Stone and it makes even more sense. We've seen how a tight fit between the players, coaches, fans and the club can pay dividends.
I reckon if he came in he'd be signing a striker who can fight and head it in the box, like a Chris Wood or Jay Rodriguez. And he'd make sure that Brennan was sticking crosses into them too. And he'd eventually get his hands on Wozza, who he's wanted for about 3 years now!

Yes there is a case for Dyche too besides Nuno.
Dyche I think has also seen most if not all of our games this season which would be a big plus for him I think. Kind of gives him a head start over other possible candidates.

Lets not forget he didnt just keep Burnley up, he got them into european places.
Obviously is backroom staff makes it a rather romantic choice for those of us over 35 who remember those halycon days of having 2 quality wingers!

We won’t lack effort under him.
He knows the prem, and the local area.
Plus he would bring woany and Steve stone as part of his back room team - important to try and keep the connection with the fan base.
Has close links to psycho as well so maybe SP as coach similar to his West Ham role? But also wonder if dyche would want to avoid us beating in mind what Pearce said on talksport this morning ?

We didnt always have quality wingers even then. Gary Crosby anyone, did some pretty step overs but he was bloody useless!

Looks like the new manager will also have to work with a completely different set of staff behind the scenes too. Dane, Syrianos and other recruitment staff could be leaving as well. Charnsley might take over and will suggest the new manager.
I can’t believe everything is being completely ripped up this early on. The instability is crazy.
