He is making it hard to back him.

Unfathomable team selections - just as I was thinking that by ‘twisting’ I may have knee jerked...

Experimented with selections today at the right time of a season to do so.

Team selections will all be about looking at players & trying new things now. Anyone picking fault with them as if we're going all out for the win now should think of the context of games a bit more now IMO

Give over, what about the last 5 games, when chasing bringing on a CDM?

He said so himself on the post match interview.

Appiah starting, trying to play a more passing style, Colback at LB etc. What do you expect, a whole new 11?

He tried new-ish stuff out today, and I reckon that's what'll happen until season end.

Colback will not be converting to full back - fact.
Lolley is an out & out winger - fact.
Robinson’s best position is at full back - fact.

No issue with experimenting:
i.e. Let’s see what Bridcutt & Yacob have to offer.
Let’s take a proper look at the available centre halves.
Let’s take a proper look at Goncalves, Ansarifard etc.

I'm sorry but he has to go, that's 3 matches on the trot I've been too, and he is clueless and tactically inept.

We have gone backwards since his arrival as AK's replacement, we are shipping goals left, right and centre, I really cannot see what he offers to the club as the manager.

After witnessing the Rotherham, Sheffield Wednesday and now the Blackburn defeats, he needs to do the right thing and go.

5W-3D-7L since O'Neill took over #nffc
Obviously far from satisfactory, moreover i guess it's not even acceptable.
This tally doesnt justify his appointment or increases his chances of staying at the helm.

Ominous methinks

Why not try playing a passing style when he was first appointed? He said when he came he was going to give give it a good go at going up. Well, the style I've been witnessing has been far from having a go. Awful to watch.

I'm sorry but he has to go for me. What a mess. Squad overhaul needed again, tightrope with ffp and currently stuck with MON and Roy Keane.. roll on next season.. NOT!

Because he was thrust into a situation where the club wanted us to make the playoffs, and he had to go with what was simplest & most familiar to try & stay in the race.

Which worked until Rotherham.
