It's fair to say Huddersfield fans aren't taking Sunday's result too well.

On a different note, Sunday's match was Sky's most-watched EFL game ever.

Strange one. Aston Villa a couple of years got to the final against the sheep. That should have got bigger viewers I'd have thought, with two decently supported sides involved. Maybe it's because it was on a normal sunday tea-time, rather than the usual bank holiday.

Still can’t believe we did it, even a week later it hasn’t sunk in yet.

My son said before the match its now or never, I scoffed at the time but thinking about it he was probably right.

We would have lost Johnson, Spence, Davies, Worrall and Garner for definite. Cooper would have been poached by a lower PL team who had sacked the manager after a poor start. I know we have lost good players before and no one is irreplaceable but these players were mostly the core of the core of the team.

Losing Cooper would have been a disaster, we have waited years to find a manager good enough to get us to the prem.

Thank goodness we did it , I shudder at the thought of another Championship season of mid table mediocrity or a Championship relegation battle.

I don't it would have been so drastic if we had lost. I am sure Cooper would have stayed for a start.

Anyway it doesn't matter because we won!
