Looked like he landed with his arm almost locked straight so would have impacted both wrist and elbow. Hopefully not bad though.

Plenty of possession but not much going forward and when we do get into their half we pass back? It's only a training session but I would like SC to show a little more intent as it seems we are playing the same way as last year and we all know how that turned out.

We only stayed up by the last 3/4 games of the season and I guarantee the big man wants us to be mid table this time if not higher this time and thats why SC wanted his new players early and playing in these games.

Good, I hope he does and I hope we manage it. My point was aimed at the 'look how that turned out' comment. It turned out that we stayed up despite that looking massively against the odds at times.
Of course EM will want better, we all do, and hopefully those at the club are doing everything they can to make it happen.
