Dyche In/Out - Sniffer Dog (Admin) - 23-01-2026

Nobody else started the thread so I will start it.

The thread won't be popular with some but lets have it out there in the open.

Everyone can have an opinion on this forum and here is mine.

Dyche out.

EM get a grip, show some leadership and sort this mess out that you have help to create.

We need to stay away from old tacticians, and ex connections in future.  They dont work out. We need to listen to syriannos and the data and go for a young modern manager to suit the players

RE: Dyche Out - RyanR - 23-01-2026

We 100% won’t win the Europa League with Dyche in charge and I don’t think we’re safe from relegation because we can’t put a run of results together. 1 win in 8 is not good enough.

My only question would be who is available now?

Iñigo Perez who we asked about before would have been ideal

I am in that camp too but who replaces Dyche whilst we are in this situation. What decent manager who will improve us immediately will join the club now.

RE: Dyche Out - Salvatore Matrecano - 23-01-2026

The forum seem neatly split into Team “its all Dyche’s fault” and Team “its all Edu’s fault”

The truth is it is a collective mess caused by the ownership, coaching staff and players that have caused us to throw away the best opportunity this club has had for a generation.

Im not defending Dyche for a single second but removing one element isn’t going to solve the problem. Everyone at the club needs to face up to the fact they have underperformed and let the fans down.

I agree SM to a certain extent.

But we can't just sit and do nothing and accept it.

We all know that it's always the manager who cops it in these situations rightly or wrongly.

RE: Dyche Out - Marinakis Red - 23-01-2026

We cannot accept these performance levels on the pitch, not for a second. Ultimately the buck stops with the manager as it always has in football.

Although I agree SM its not all on Dyche, the setup on the footnall pitch is, hes unfortunate as we don't really see what goes on behind close doors, but you cannot turn a blind eye to the performances of late.

RE: Dyche Out - Salvatore Matrecano - 23-01-2026

Yep I get that Sniffer. At some point surely highly paid players need to take responsibility too. That was unforgivable by some out there.
Genuinely Bakwa gave the worst performance in a Forest shirt Ive seen since Diakhaby.

It takes a lot to break me and to wear me down.

But I am absolutely raging this morning after that disgrace last night.

I have seen enough and I have heard enough from his interviews.

Sack him.

Once again I agree SM.

But it raises the question why?

Bakwa looked so short on confidence, even hiding at times.

Once again why?

What are they doing to him in training?

What are they saying to him etc etc.

We knew Diakhaby was S**t when we signed him but Bakwa was hot property and being head hunted by better teams than us.

What are Dyche, Woan and Stone doing to him?

I know none of us can answer that but the question needs to be raised.
