Not sure if he has his own thread but just watched Lincoln and in the 2nd half he showed exactly what he is all about , we need to keep hold of this lad hes only going to get better and better !!! Morgan Rodgers too, hes a boy thats going places , i would love us to take a punt on him on loan next season , hes at man city.
I was really impressed with Garner on Tuesday and it shows what quality youth players are about on loan . We need to try and get him back next season . Koronovic has looked ok but that 10 position needs to be Johno’s next season we alsohave Mcguane who is having a good season so he is another option at 8/10 . Mighten needs more minutes this season as at times has been electric . He can cement one of those forward spots next year . Also if we do offload grabbs in summer and revisit Siriki Dembele that could be a youthful pacey attack that i think we have been missing. You can Add Wozza © , Soh ,Mckenna ,Yates and Samba who are all young too there is some green shoots . I know this season has been horrible but it excites me to think with alot of players out of contract in the summer and with the 5 loans ending we could build a really vibrant exciting team !!!! just need to shift the last bit of deadwood and hope CH is the man to trust what we have and build something.

Out of interest is Brennan playing in the number 10 role at Lincoln?
I heard he was playing in a more wide position.

Really excited about BJ rejoining the squad next season, if we sell him I give up! Speaking of ins and outs (and not meaning to Segway from the topic too much):
Hefele
Dawson
Christie
Sow
Yates
Cafu
Freeman
Ameobi
Knockaert
Ribeiro
Krovinovic
Diallo
Murray
All out of contract / end of loan spells at the close the season. I would rather see Brennan in the side ahead of some of these, but outside of Ryan, Yuri and Sammy do we try and keep any of them? Could be 10 players out the squad where we have Brennan and Mighten to fill at least 2 spots for nothing. Seems a no brainier to me.

Cafu 2.5 year deal and sure yates has extended I would like to see all the others go too apart from ribs who i would keep tonfight it out for LB spot plus hes still young , i think iannou will leave on perm , can see figgs going back too portugal too . I would like too see back of jenkinson and bong also Arter and Bach too , colback i would keep as the experience head . Sammy even though can be unplayable i think we need to be finding a younger player like Dembele or morgan as suggested . Grabben can be sold for me also before hes worthless , Taylor kept as 2nd striker . I Wouldn’t bring knockeart back not at price quoted . So thats 6 more out squad for me really think we need a proper rebuild . Young players not here for last pay day striving to prove themselves and make it to PL

So do we spend some good dollar on a pair of new full backs this summer like proper money? It seems to be to many the weak link in the squad on the right do we try and sell Jenks and have Gabriel back up though he’s not first choice (Critchley seems to keep using him and Turton in 2-3 game stretches then swapping out) and on the left would Ribs stay as back up? He and bong are only contracted till 2022 do we try and get money for both of them and give Danny Preston his opportunity to be back up and push the new first choice?

Think Lincoln play 433 so they don’t really have a no.10, Brennan primarily plays on the right of the front 3.

Both fullbacks are soft.
Brennan should be ready for a squad place this Summer.

Think he started on right swopped to left tonight as you say. Lincoln fan said he mostly has played on left. Great prospect. Thought CB Joe Walsh? looked decent. Nice to see Grant flourishing as well, though one of his dives a bit embarrassing. Final one, Bridcutt doing a decent job. Pleased for him too. (Certainly not suggesting either should still be with us, just pleased how they're doing).

So why do people think he will be good enough in a number ten?

IMO he's undoubtable talented, with both creating and scoring. I really like the look of him, and think in 2-3 years he'll be attracting Prem interest.
Won a peno last night for the Lincoln. Incidentally Grant scored it, which now takes him 8 goals from 25 games this season. Be a miracle if any of midfielders get anywhere near that.
I's sooner have Johnson, Grant and Walker at the club than the likes of Freeman, Artur and Guerrero every day of the we

Johnson is a Forest player Guerrero is not.
Why would you have Grant and Walker at the club? They were here before and it was clear that they were not good enough.

Grant’s found his level and is 26.
Walker’s hardly set the championship alight this season.
I like the next fan love to see an academy graduate make it and become a regular for us.......But only if they’re good enough.

I agree GreenMan. Walker and Grant would weaken our squad. Not sure why anyone would have them back. Freeman and Arter are getting the flak now that Cafu and Yates have proved people wrong.
