How much do we want or need him?
What are the chances knowing Leeds are chasing him as well?
Who is or will be our backup should we miss out?
Apparently we are in pole position and trying hardest and I think he is a must for next season or someone with his experience.
What is your opinion on Waghorn as a standby?
Just seems to be the next big issue. :)

Can't see us signing bamford now. Has to be full speed ahead on grabban. We could get grabban and waghorn/Oliveira and still have change

If looking for an experienced forward then Grabban is that. He would still be an expensive package and you wouldn’t expect much of that money back. But he did it last season in a relegation, then top six side. Let’s hope he has and continues to improve with age
Waghorn is a no for me. Nobody wanted him last year for under a million when warburton linked with him and yeah he had a good season for Ipswich but to me not the player we need to spearhead our attack
Bamford at the money Boro want is sooner look to Premier league and get an Ings from Liverpool or Gayle from Newcastle. Again wages will be an issue, but both players are young and will be better long term investments.
Would only look to pay Boro £8m for Bamford. And perhaps look at add ons if he is a success
Or try and get Britt Ass back.
Be really disappointed in bringing back Oliveria
If money for wages is an issue, then have to reload at Marriott.
Then of course look at loans. Love us to go for Chelsea’s Tammy Abraham if can get him to have another season at this level. Sure Karanka can speak to his mate Mourinho to get some loans
If we do Grab Grabban though be happy and plus can’t see his transfer fee be too massive so money to spend on a midfielder and keeper

Must admit I've never really rated Grabban that much, only scored 15+ in the Championship twice in his career and I'm not massively sure on him as a lone striker either. Big wages for a 30 year old too. But if he is Karanka's first choice then so be it.

Other options would be to look at The other villa strikers in Kodija and Hogan but then again Grabban kept them out the side

If Steve Bruce selected him ahead of those and Grabban scored goals in a relegation material Sunderland side then he must have something.
15 goals, 20...anywhere around that with Forest's current midfield attacking options would be icing on the cake. And he'd probably have better supply line for even more goals with the rebooted Forest 'attacking' midfield?
Soudani and Grabban would spell trouble for the opposition. Bags of experience with both.
Come on, Forest. Get this one over the line.

I think grabban represents an experienced striker who will score goals and get others into the game. Think he will be better in he loan striker role that Bamford or Waghorn. More proven than Marriott, better injury record than Britt.
We’ve took a gamble on so many players this window, we need some Championship experience up front.
