They are by far the best of the 3 promoted sides and even though the appointment was stupid they'd be stupid to move on him now.

They're certainly a better side that we were when Cooper got us up. And they've got premier league infrastructure around them, which we didn't, so you cant really look at them and judge them as a green-as-anything newly promoted side.

When it appeared they were relying on 37yo Vardy to score the the goals and there was the talk of the points deduction, like everyone else I assumed that that it was going to be nigh on impossible for them to stay up but Vardy seems to be up to it and they've dodged the points now, so I think they can be comfortable.

Having watched them on Friday, I'm now thinking they're not as good as I assumed they were.  That defence of theirs is well dodgy.  They looked very much like a newly promoted team trying to hold it together.

But, if we're assuming that Ipswich and Soton are almost certain to go down,  then they're going to be fighting over one relegation slot.  So they can easily stay up.

Yes id agree with that. They are shocking in defence.

They've proven they can dig out results though so I think a lot relies on how wolves and palace do in the coming weeks.

If Leicester lose their next 2 games I can see them pulling the trigger during the international break.

I don't get it, they do not have the squad, are sitting on 10 points accompanied by the likes of Man Utd, West Ham, Fulham and Crystal Palace.
Cooper will keep them up and strengthen in the summer.
What more do their fans expect?
As we learned over the past two years, there is a reality to the situation for promoted teams.

For their first season Leicester have a choice. Stick with Cooper who will almost certainly do what it takes to survive although it will be pragmatic and ugly at times. To be honest they are playing much more attacking football than we did in our first season when we regularly had 20% possession.
Or they can twist, get someone like Rob Edwards to play some gung ho stuff or someone else who plays tippy tappy stuff and see how they get on with the quality of player available. Suspect that way they get some proper hidings.
If I was them I would take option 1.

I don't know if I feeel sorry for him or not. If he gets the boot he should have enough money to look after him and his family.

I think it was a poor choice to go to Leicester and he might have done better with a championship team.

As for Leicester what a buncjh of complete tossers, lucky not to get a points deduction. Sack Cooper and get relegated everything they deserve.

22/23 we were 20th after game 11
23/24 we were 13th after game 11

They’re 15th pretty much in the bottom of the table mini league we all expected them to be in, they probably shouldn’t have drew with Ipswich, but the teams they lost to they probably weren’t the favourites. What more do they want?
