The slide has begun.

We barely troubled their keeper and they were a crap side.

Ameobi lolley Silva carvalho none of them score enough

Much of our recruitment has been too poor.

Well that was odd. Pushed for a goal...then when it came we completely stopped playing.

Well that was another disappointing end to a game.

We were really poor tonight. Boro game plan worked brilliantly and we fell for it.

Come on Folks - dominated the game but certainly we should have done better but we are still top 5 and good chance of playoff`s with right recruitment in Jan. We need an alternative to playing it wide and attempting crosses as we don`t have the players for it - we need an injection of pace and some height as an alternative to current options.

Bang on.
And not for the first time.
Hence my query re Lamouchi.
He is - I believe - still the future.
But he is not deserving of us fawning over him & granting him an immediate long term contract - yet.

If we had a suitable replacement I'd drop lolley for 2 games or so. He carries the majority of the responsibility for our creativity and hes looking so out of sorts at the moment. In fact, all of the forward players look the same.

Its just such tough going at thr moment.

Two games,  two points.  Forest and December just don't mix anymore...... It used to be the time that Forest got going.....

Yeah really poor reaction to scoring, seemed to just go long ball and hope we could hang on to the 1-0. Difficult to repeatedly win by 1, hopefully Lamouchi will have learned you need to keep attacking.

Same issues as previous home games though, quick passes out wide but then crossing without looking to see if anyone is actually there and usually there’s only one player. Yates actually made two excellent runs in first half, one which Grabban took off him.

Silva offered absolutely nothing, doing no more than carvalho, Sow will come straight in for him when fit (please be soon)

Lolley, just confidence is gone right now, that 1 on 1 where he passed it, was a harder pass than shot! I think we need to go 2 up top in some of these games at home, which we can’t really do without anyone who can play there! Roll on January

Few more disappointing results and the rhetoric will be " We're still top 10 lads ....blah...blah "......
Same old Forest , never push on when we should.
