I have been really impressed with Silva in the last two games. He has taken some big steps towards becoming a combative midfielder in addition to already being a technical one. If he can continue that progress he will be a fantastic midfielder for us this season.

Cold light of day, very decent performance yesterday. Yates was playing well until his red, but will I am sure learn, move on and continue to get better as he has done throughout his very young career. The level of stick he is getting in some quarters seems a bit harsh (maybe driven by frustration from fans as it had transpired into a game we looked like winning upto the red).
The point needs backing up with another one or three on Wednesday before our home game.

I think Brizzles injury list is understandably taking its toll it is  possibly a couple of points dropped as much as a point gained if I was to be a bit picky.

QPR looks the tougher game on paper, they looked good against Fulham despite loss.

Agreed. Thank fluck they're loans, because whoever decided they were good ideas wants a good slap. Loans should be an instant upgrade on anyone in that position, like Shorey was. They're short-term and need to contribute in the short term.

We've bought in a load of players who all need nurturing or developing in some way for months to be of any use. 

I'm not saying some of these can't still contribute, but if sending them back frees up wages for better then I won't miss a single one of them.

Cash and Lolley look excellent on the right, usually ends up with Lolley cutting in and dinking a cross towards the far post, usually after excellent work and interplay but maybe more variance or subtlety could be infused somehow, it's almost like the opposing teams entire back line are all holding plackards saying 'please cross now'

Yates style of play probably means it won’t be his last red card. Watson cannot go on forever and Yates seems to fit as his successor. Yes, he’s getting some stick and deservedly so. It was a reckless tackle and he has to learn quick.

Agreed, Robbo has come in for some stick on here this season but he’s a perfectly capable left back at this level.

Really pleased for Jack, he is an excellent player for us, i keep seeing criticism but I don't get it, he isn't an eloquent type of player, far more sort of industrial, i think that is why i like him, ''industrial with high energy and relentless will to battle'' type player, love the guy, similar qualities throughout the squad
