This is old news. He was linked in January just before we appointed MON.

Marinakis rates him and now I think the story has been rehashed because he might be leaving his present club.

Vieira has done a very similar job in Portugal with Moreiense as Damir Canadi has done in Greece with Atromitos. They have both taken very small clubs with very small crowds way beyond their expectations.

If and when we do change our manager these two will be right towards the top of our list.

I am sure that MON will start the season but I wouldn't be surprised if either Vieira or Canadi finished it.

Can anyone see a MON team playing with the same tempo as this play off game this evening?

I'm hoping he isn't here come the start of the season.

Well that is worrying. It's going to be a long season with him in charge. Already dreading who he plans on signing and leaving for the next manager come Christmas.

He’s stated he wants to play attacking football with flair, let’s face it, next season will prob be the last in his career so I can’t imagine him going out with a whimper
