I mean we played alright but its hard to watch us right now. Feels like with CH in charge and Worrall back we'll be solid at the back but I'm struggling to see a scenario where we suddenly start scoring.

Going to be a long and boring season with a hint of a relegation battle. Just hope we keep CH when we get nowhere near playoffs (assuming we improve a bit at some point)

It's time the people running the club offered some answers. What is going on with the joke transfer policy. Why was there a need for the stupid number of signings. Why dont we ever hear anything from those in charge.

Are we any better now than when fawaz left???? Fighting relegation now just as we were 4 years ago. Is the transfer strategy any better no than it was under fawaz??? The only major difference is we get olympiacos cast offs.

It's time we had people who know football in this country running the club.

Christie- a couple of wayward touches, some decent crosses
Ribeiro-much improved on last time out
Figs-great block from Ayew, we have three centre Mids yet he’s the one expected to move us up the pitch from back to front
McKenna - terrible header for their goal. Didn’t do anything else wrong
Yates - allowed them to build from throw ins, led to their goal. Could see it coming
Colback-does what Colback does
Ameobi-too weak for their goal, shocking really. Started brightly otherwise but waned
Knockaert-our biggest threat, created our best chance, desperately needs a goal
Guerrero-nothing of note, hold up play generally wasn’t good enough bar one or two moments
Taylor-did ok, hard work being the lone striker here

Arter-started well them deteriorated rapidly. A poor man’s Ben Osborn
Swan-worked hard, chased balls
Lolley-nothing of note, does he ever influence the game when coming off the bench?

I have seen many many teams just like us over the years. Teams right at the bottom of the league but they play pretty well for long periods of the game and make some decent chances and you cant understand why they are down there. But they never take those chances and then let in a soft goal at the other end and go home with nothing.

Thats us right now and I think the time has come for all of us to accept this is a relegation battle.

The current management ( ownership & coaching staff ) need to grasp the nettle. Ditch the players that are just taking the money ( and there are quite a few going through the motions ) & build properly on what would still be a solid base ( inc the likes of Swan, Mighten, Johnson etc ).
Rome wasn’t built overnight.
Accept the inevitable & start planning for next season - NOW.

We already had oly cast offs under fawaz... I wonder just how long Marinakis has had his fingers in our club- certainly under montanier... he surely can’t be happy.

Christie - decent on the attack not too bad defensively today
Figgs - shocking performance needs to be dropped

Riberio - very average and lightweight
Yates - OK
Colback - so poor and glad he is injured to be honest
Knockeart- should have scored ran about a bit
Ameobi- best player on the pitch until the goal
Taylor- feel sorry for him- grafted but grabban would be hammered for similar
Guerrero- poor
Arter- OK should get a run of games now hopefully
Lolley- something very wrong there
Swan- did OK battled and won a corner from a 60/40 position
