"Great result but finally playing Yates/Mangala/LOB................Hurray............Freuler for me offers nothing"

Agree - that for me is the best 3 in the middle but with two runners around him ( Yates/LOB ) Freuler may offer more - at least we have choice of 2 to pick up that spot.

I would go Surridge/Ling`s/MGW up top Saturday. Surridge just a better player then Awoniyi but depends if you need physical against the opposing CB`s.

Where did Boly come from ? Seem to get to everything admittedly Kane was "tired".

I fully agree with voddies comments above.

For the life of me, I do not understand why Surridge has repeatedly been left out of the starting line up, especially as Awoniyi and Dennis are mis-firing so badly. For me, Surridge offers far more movement up top and does like to run at defenders. He is quicker as well. He will offer a better target for Jessies intelligent through balls as he is more mobile and tries to find space by being so.

I was also impressed with Hennessy in goal. For some reason, I felt more confident with him than I have been with Henderson if im being honest. His distribution was far better as well.

Overall, last night was a fantastic team performance, especially considering a lot of these players have not played a competitive game collectively as a starting xi.

Yes I think he might play tomorrow with Worrall.

Cook and Mckenna both one yellow away from a suspension.

Yellows in the EFL cup don’t apply to the EPL

How about 2 yellows followed by a red?

He misses the Palace game by all accounts

Pity because he was outstanding as was Lingard Lodi and Boly.

Anyone who didn't think similar at 6:45pm is far more optimistic a person than me. I thought we'd struggle!!

I mean I'm delighted to be proved wrong! Not a good sign for Spurs getting battered by a team making 9 changes

Worth mentioning too that we managed the game really well with 10 men.

How spurs wasted at least 3 of the 5 minutes injury time by their own incompetence was hilarious too, schoolboy stuff.
