Really poor display by so called professional players and equally poor decision making by the manager, I'm sorry but I'm not impressed with CH at all not for me and I wouldn't care less if he is shown the door at the end of the season.

Well that was as bad as we’ve been all season.
No passion. No urgency. Nothing. Simply awful. And the fact that this result could be another nail in the coffin of the Sheep cannot be allowed to overshadow such an unacceptable performance by any team wearing the garibaldi Red. CH has some explaining to do after that.

Never like to lose but losing like that against a team like them is always difficult to watch.. started bright enough and Huddersfield looked like a pub team, they then bored everyone to death with S**t football before taking control of the game..
After that we where crap.. once again woeful up front unlike us poor at the back...hudders had a few half decent chances compared to our zero.. knockeart had a bad game, garner one bad pass and it cost us

Didn't watch today but sounds like I didn't miss much. Nice to see the standard knives out for the manager after one loss. Standard lazy criticisms of grabban not being captain material (not sure how you could possibly assess that without being on the pitch)
Disappointing to lose at home to a poor team but only one team can win each game. Losses will happen, people need to not get so upset every time we lose and likewise so over the top when we win. Maybe it'd be easier if we drew every game... It helps Derby relegation chances, hopefully we've already got enough points.

Embarrassing display. Can’t remember their keeper making a save. Keepers this season are getting an easy ride against us. Jury still out on CH it’s a toss of a coin at the minute whether I’d keep him or not.

Standard lazy criticisms of grabban not being captain material (not sure how you could possibly assess that without being on the pitch) Forest started very brightly. Krov' having several shots and chances. And Huddersfield were rattled early on. But? Forest revert to type and don't covert a single chance. This game pretty much sums up this season. Don't take your chances, you could predict (and I felt, 'Watch Huddersfield go and score...' what was going to happen. And sure enough? It did. See end paragraph. Then, for me the reverse swing? It started with Knocker b*tching and whining because their player had the measure of him in a physical battle. And instead of trying to rise above it? KNocker was arm waving instead of giving Christie an outlet. This was part of the momentum shift. Knocker almost got himself sent off. And he kept going with it. So much so, Hughton gave him a right B*ll*cking. Certainly missed Ameobi's 'get on with it' hustle and bustle. On this display, I'd be quite happy if Knocker doesn't play again. It's not the 1st time this season he hasn't pitched in and got on with it. Forest sank to Huddersfield's level. After that? Garner, inexplicably passed it behind/past McKenna and their player hops onto it. Bang. Goal. We couldn't take advantage of their bad moments. But it was one bad moment for us and they took it. It was a moment that Forest's confidence didn't recover from. Fragile as it seems the Red's confidence is. You can't give goals like that away. Even again crap energetic sides like Juddersfield. They had the ascendent energy whilst Forest's completely drained away. A crap result against a crap side. The worst Forest have played in a while. But give goals like that away and you torpedo your chances. This league is too tight to mess around in. Forest have enough in the tank (just about) to get 'that win' which should put them safe (should have been today...) and the next game comes quickly and Forest have a chance to more or less ease any lingering relegation fears. But given the contrivance of last season's end, you can never be sure until you put the points on the board. And today was a missed opportunity and sums up a very frustrating season. There are no home bankers in this league and certainly not for a side featuring many who did not turn up today. *(I particularly single out Knocker for his poor attitude when things don't go his way. Completely disrupts the side's play. Major league attitude problem. He has the talent. But his attitude is shocking.) The Summer can't come soon enough. SA.

Well that was a bad day at the office.
Positives... - Garner showed scouts he needs another season in Championship. - Mighten showed no matter how much you kick him and cheat, he will not hide and comes back for more. Puts to bed any "needs to learn to deal with physicality" bollox spouted in some places. How that RB stayed on? - Although he has last laugh, Keogh demonstrated his full range of sh1tness. - It was sunny. - Sheep lost. Negatives.. - Collectively a poor performance. - Unable to score against a defence anchored by Keogh. - Knockaert was a complete liability, in many ways he set the tone for the performance, giving the ball away, poor crosses, stupid fouls, petulance. He has served his purpose, would be silly to sign him again. - The goals conceded were so sloppy and basic. Poor play and poor defending combined with poor keeping for 2nd. - So toothless up front. With Mighten terrorising their RB, the others should have been able to contribute something. Or failing that give him the ball more, instead we had to watch Knockaert waste possession time and time again. - Krovinivic looked lively for 15 minutes, but again final decision, pass or shot was the wrong one or poorly executed. Will stop there as it was just one of those days and the negatives could encompass most of the players who wore the Garibaldi today. Still a win from being sure of safety for me. Hopefully at Brum on Wednesday we can secure our place in Championship. |
