Suspect the players to be rested may include Lolley, Sow & Silva.
With Diakhaby, Yates & Carvalho in line for starts?
Perhaps even Da Costa might get some minutes.

Beware Sabri - your ‘tinkering’ has a habit of going wrong.

"I do not have a team, I have a group, and this team spirit is what we have built from the beginning, but only because the players trust us and follow us and they need to trust themselves. They need to believe in what they are doing and not have any regrets at the end."

Fully agree TPL. I said similar the other day.
I also think Grabs may be a potential on the rest list too, but on the bench

I think more than 2 changes is very risky.
i guess Sow, and 1 of either Lolley or Ameobi is favourite for a rest.

diakhaby you would imagine is likely to start, and then it’s either Carv or Yates to replace Sow.
does Sabri go like for like with Yates, or does he play Silva and Watson with Carv behind Grabban.

Ameobi was subbed during the Leeds game so I'd suspect it'll be Lolley that rested.

While Sabri will be tempted to rest a few players, I don't think it'll be more than 2 or 3 max, I think he has learned that in the Championship, there are no easy games.

I think Watson is starting to look a bit jaded- could we afford him a rest?

I agree about Watson, not criticising his effort he ran his nuts off on Saturday but thought his lack of pace was exposed quite badly at times. Not sure we would drop him though, need a figurehead on the pitch which is either Watson or Dawson and we arent going to break up the Worrall Figs partnership.

We need to trust the manager. Simple.

I dont think Sabri changes it very often compared to most. What is gratifying is he always seems to learn if things havent worked. He isnt one of those managers who belligerently stick with a player or system which doesnt get results.

At the start of the season he was being lauded for the changes he made as they were working.

More recently they haven't worked but i would rather a key player was rested for one game than being over played, getting injured and possibly missing 4-5 games ...
Here we go.....

I trust Sabri 100%.

However if he tinkers and we don't get the result we want then no doubt some will unfortunately jump on his back.

If he sticks with the same 11 and 1 or 2 key players pick up injuries then once again some will wrongly be on his back.

Just trust the manager to do his job and respect whatever he decides is best.
