Yes you’re right we do concede goals without him and he’s an inspirational leader but this is a tough game and Dawson isn’t match sharp. Might be better to ease him back against lesser opposition

And keeping things tight at the back allows us to go and win games by one goal.

He's been absolutely brilliant for us since he came back. I really dont know if I'd pick him for Bristol or not. Glad it's not my decision to make.

Who's that though? Bristol followed by QPR away midweek and then Cardiff at Home the next Saturday.

I'd like him up and running for Cardiff as his aerial ability will be needed to withstand the bombardment.

Given our shooting stats, keeping it tight is a must.

Sow is the one that we have missed the most imo.

i think since dawson has returned we have only lost 1 game when he has played.

his passing from the back is excellent. his leadership and organisation is excellent. hes first name on the sheet for me.

We have missed them both and both should come straight back into the team. It's a no brainer for me.

Spot on Jock. Couldn't agree more. What a stat that is, the fact that we have only lost one game he has played in since he returned to the club. (if it's true, I haven't checked).

Insightful.  What a stat!

Leadership.  Organisation.  Passing.  That's what you want from your Captain.  From your CH.  It's a bedrock for the team.

Stick SoW in front of that?  Could be top 2.

Cannot wait for the game next week. Huge to see how we are after the latest international break, win at Bristol City will be a great way to start a tougher run of fixtures.

Get the injured players back in the fold and kick on. Great to have sow and dawson back, interesting to see what semedo offers on his return.
