Better second half and another excellent away win.

Their second goal was disappointing for me........I think Yates got sucked to go to the ball where he should have stayed near to Fernandes - think he knew it too with his reaction after it went in.
Anderson for me made the difference in the middle, good to see him back again. They need to watch that first half again, so sloppy at times doing stupid things and giving the ball away. Thats been a common theme lately and they need to get back to doing the basics of ball retention and passing it around safely.

Thats probably the biggest difference for me, last season we would have S**t the bed after Fernandes scored. Enjoy and stay safe. Just out of curiosity, you aren't on the piss with Nuno, are you.

You would have got pretty good odds on that happening at the start of the season! You need to put your foot down mate and get your priorities right. I love Mrs Sniffer to bits but that would never happen in our household!
Panic on the streets of London
I agree the last few minutes of these games are torture. I find it's worse when you leave the room. All you do is think about what might be happening. So you have to sit there and tough it out.

Well first off I feel very lucky to be a part of only 3000 (max) to have attended both games at Anfield and Old Trafford. Probably less with the tourists who always seem to get hands on a few tickets in away ends at big 6 games.
2nd what a great and if I'm honest unexpected 3 points. 3rd Conditions were pretty bad, so no surprise there were lots of mistakes, but ours weren't as critical as theirs. We played superbly for about 10 or 15 minutes which basically won us the game. Could/should've been 4-1 up during that spell when Gibbs-White went Peak Messi and was completely unplayable and shows why we need him on the pitch to win games. 1st half he was miles off his best, then that period was awesome. Lucky goal or not. Every player put in a shift and we got what we deserved. Happy for media to focus on ManU and their shortcomings as last time we had a week of praise and a media (over the top) love in, we didn't turn up at home v Newcastle. Not too mention Arsenal and Man City. Back to basics and the formula that has served us so well away from home. Villa will be a very interesting game in terms of how each manager chooses to approach it. All those sh1tty fruitless away trips seem like a distant memory (bar the 2 recent blips). Jingle bells.....

The first time we've EVER won at both Anfield and Old Trafford in the league in the same season apparently.
