I have no problem with Leicester getting off, this year’s relegation battle will at least be a level playing field, how it should be. Also as has been said they desperately tried to do over Leicester but their own incompetence at writing the rules let them down.

Far more annoyed about Chelsea and Man Utd, whose excuses have been waved through on a nod and a wink and fully expect the same for Man City. Wouldn’t be a bit surprised though if in a few months we find the Anderson/Vlachodimos transfer investigated. Watch this space.

You've just made me wonder if the recent Newcastle bids for Elanga, at something like £50m, were nothing more than a way of the club demonstrating at some time in the future that the fee we paid for Anderson was market rate for a talented young prem player.

Surely the market price is what a club is willing to pay for a player. If a club wants to fritter money on a particular player for a certain amount then that is the business of the club and not the premier league.

Premier league don't bat an eyelid when big clubs pay over the odds for a player but when a 'small club' does it then that needs investigating. 

The premier league has truly fecked up with these rules. If they don't want these so-called inflated fees, don't create a set of rules that force clubs to do it. Masters should clear off - condescending smug moron.
