Just wish Livermore had done that against our left back in yester year.
He would’ve had ‘visitations’ during the next few minutes from both Kenny & Larry who would’ve ‘left their calling cards’.
He would then have ‘limped off’ or spent the rest of the game cowering in the shadows.
Reminds me of when Souness tried to bully McGovern - until Bowyer sorted him out.

Kenny Burns or Larry would have throat swiped, chinned, nutted or cleaned him out.  To jut your head into somebody you've just cleaned out...  We could just do with another couple of players who can 'do the nasty.'  We're still a bit 'nice' though we're subtle about our robustness.  Which I guess, is the continental way...

Yeah.  I remember Souness trying to rough up McGovern with his hands around his throat or face.  The Guv'nor looking unphased.  Souness didn't like it when he got a bit back.  He always was mouthy.  He was the L* player I hated most.
