If people are losing their jobs over incompetence you can bet levels of performance / professionalism will increase overnight.
Surely they'd just be under even more pressure and therefore more likely to make mistakes?

You watched the videos I posted? One of the most experienced refs, a FIFA international ref deliberately not making the right call to give their mate in the middle an easier time. You think that's a one-off? That culture needs ripping out.
