The trouble CH has is that with the fixture congestion, he's had no time at all to work with the players between games. This next 2 weeks are crucial, he's got some quality time to improve things. After that there's another run of saturday / wednesday games that will take us right up to Christmas.

Can blame the owners for that, not getting rid of Sabri earlier. We all said (well I did) needed to be done well before last international break

I thought we were all in agreement that we needed to stop sacking managers and that we needed some stability?

Problem is Sniff, if Managers aren't getting results after spending large wads of money on players and we start dropping down the league, when does the owner say enough is enough. Does the owner allow things to deteriorate to the point where we end up getting relegated, just in case the manager manages to turn things around and to maintain stability or does he pull the trigger? 

I was a massive fan of Sabri's and I did not want him to be sacked, because I felt the club needed some stability and the club had invested heavily to strengthen the side to Sabri's wishes. But, since Sabri has been sacked, my thoughts have now turned around slightly, and I can see that if we had held on to Sabri, then we could have already been overtaken by Sheff Wednesday and could have been in one hell of a relegation battle.

It comes back down to the question you asked on your thread earlier in the week really, what do NFFC have to do to win promotion as we have tried everything to no avail? Do we stick with a manager when we are in free fall or do we yet again sack the guy and move on to the next victim, i mean option? For now, it seems to be a conundrum that does not have an answer

We 100% have to stick with Chris for a minimum of this season and next.

We ain’t getting a better manager than him, and he will sort us out. 

He has a great track record and already has a nucleus in place who can get us to where we want.

Samba, Worrall, McKenna, Lolley, Grabban, Taylor, Arter are a very good nucleus we can build around

Should you add Yates to that nucleus of players Red?
