2 shots on target at home to a lower mid table team who played the last 30 mins with 10 men.
To state the obvious must do better.

Same number of points as we did at this stage last season

Best team won tonight - but yet another solid penalty appeal turned down.
And Sod’s law that the red card comes just after Carvalho is replaced by Yates - Carvalho deserved to be hooked but the last 20 against 10 men was made for him.

Funnily enough I think we have played worse this season and won.
Defensively we are a shadow of the team without Dawson. Any centre half pairing involving Worrall has conceded goals, badly, since he’s been a first team player and this is no different - with the exception of when he’s partnered with Daws, but it was inevitable that he would pick up an injury and we are back to one of the glaring recruitment issues that needed solving in the Summer. It is ridiculous that one of either Milo or Benalouane are nowhere near the match day squad. We need some aggression and those two have it in spades. Ribeiro is our best left back but seems to be paying for his below par performances when played as a winger. Yates has no creativity or guile, he can’t pick a pass when teams drop deep and flood the midfield. Lolley seems to only play when he wants to. He’s a different player if we’re playing Birmingham. Frustrating times.

How poor was Chema tonight - after seeing that performance I can see why Lamouchi preferred Figs on Sunday.

Yates is very agricultural.
The likes of lolley/carvalho and to lesser extent ameobi aren't doing it. Robinson has been poor. We just pass it out to the wing every single time and lose it.

Granted, two rubbish results, with not great performance levels to put it mildly, but let's ensure we dont go into melt down. It's important we stick together and stay behind the lads. The last thing any of us want to see is pressure on the manager start building.
Yes, if we are honest, we were crap in last two games, but Saturday is another day. We need to win and perform on Saturday. Positives tonight. Cash. Yates is back fit. Samba stopped it being 4! Big crowd. Um..Our scouts who wanted us to buy Grosicki know their stuff. Despite being crap, only a crap refs decision stopped us getting a pen at 2-1.....that's it.

I’m going to take the positives too and say we wouldn’t have lost either game of the refs had given us the definite penalties we should’ve had.
Sow and Dawson are a game closer to returning, yep agree on cash and Yates.
