NFFC Premier League Kits
Is it right that the away and third kit launches have been delayed due to ongoing question marks over the sponsors? Seen it mentioned on Twitter but not sure if that's true or not.

Yes think that is the case. The plan is now to try and release the away kit now a week before the first away game

I know in the grand scheme of things it might not be massively important but it's another situation the club could have avoided.

I remember last year there were a couple of potential sponsors mentioned with one of them being a legitimate business (though I don't know who). Really wish we'd have gone with them rather than the faceless and extremely dodgy unlicensed gambling company,

Hopefully we'll learn our lesson before next season.

Licensed through a third party company on the Isle of Man so not unlicensed in the eyes of the law. We have one year left I think which is obviously next year to which all betting sponsors are then banned. Whoever you get as a sponsor you could find faults about so I'm not 100% sure I know what you mean by learning our lesson plus there was a few clubs who had the company as some sort of sponsor but only us and Palace are being called out on it.

I hate betting companies as much as anyone but it's a bit harsh to criticise the club without knowing all the facts. Half the clubs in the league have a betting company on their shirt so it's clearly a fertile source of income for clubs. We could take a moral stand but all that does is give your competitors a £5m advantage over you in psr terms. I can't wait till on shirt advertising is banned for betting companies.

Away kit announcement *may* be on Friday. There's an entry with the looking-eyes emoji for Friday morning if you sync your calender with the Forest one.

Video on Twitter now of what seems to be the launch tomorrow and it *is* this shirt. Sponsor logo is in white.
