I'm  sorry, I just cant want Derby to win a game. It goes against every fibre of my being.

If Leeds win then doesn't matter much what happens at Cardiff. I doubt it really matters much if we finish 6th or 5th. Sometimes playing 3rd can be an ad as, particularly if they have only just missed out

For me the difference between winning that 1-0 and drawing 1-1- was Dawson.

He was out of position of the goal, he fell over giving them another chance. Figs in and we win that. Not of course Dawsons fault as he has not been playing and it takes time to get back to match alertness.

Da Costa looked excellent.

Yates giving the ball away too much, he needs to work on his accuracy of passing and ball control.

Jenkinson looked ok given thats his first game for a long time.

Overall a solid performance and we rested Cash/Lolley/Figs, so that is what matters.

Big game Wednesday, get that one done with a full strength side and we can then rest players again in those final 2 matches.

Music to my ears.
What does he know about the Championship? How many games has he seen - you’ll be able to count them on one hand.
Stick his thoughts on the dressing room wall.

Alex Neil: “I’ve just seen Matt Le Tissier talking on the telly about how we would be no match for Brentford, and neither would Forest. Well, we’ve played three games - Forest beat them twice and we beat them, so that’s interesting.”
COYR!

That's actually quite funny that Alex Neil came out with that. Fair play to him. Brentford are a decent side, but are also flat track bullies, who are very good at putting the average teams to the sword. A bit like Fulham have generally been this season. We have been a bit the opposite. It doesn't matter where you pick up the points though, so long as you do.

They have beat Fulham twice, taken four points off both West Brom and Cardiff, drew against Leeds at home and lost by one goal at Elland Road.

I must admit our football is tough to watch.

4 wins in the last 15 matches. We are well organised and solid but nothing spectacular either. Hopefully a win against Swansea would spur us on and give us some momentum. Bringing on players like semedo and Diakhaby just gives us nothing only rest for the players coming off.
