Nottingham Forest - Queens Park Rangers - Derby My Arse - 18-02-2020

Not sure when Sniffer Dog is coming back so thought I would do it this week.

The match is at the City Ground and will be played on Saturday 22 February with a kick off time of 3PM.

Promises to be a good open attacking game of football. Hopefully that will suit us.

RE: Nottingham Forest - Queens Park Rangers - Jon Moss - 18-02-2020

Expect us to be unchanged for this one.

It would not surprise me to see Sow rested, not through fitness but to limit the risk of picking up more cards and a possible suspension, we've got a really physical game against Cardiff coming up and will need him for that.

Good point. I reckon 60 minutes for Sow against QPR and replace with Yates or Semedo.

I thinks is now or never for an automatic spot, therefore we really have to start taking the game to our opponents especially at home! Sabri has to tweak his game plan to reflect this mentality in my opinion. This will require tweaking the starting eleven but I am unsure how we can do this with the rest of the squad, as other have pointed out previously we are a bit thin on talent at present.

I think so too.

RE: Nottingham Forest - Queens Park Rangers - Paplane - 18-02-2020

After last weeks debacle i can see Sabri picking what we all consider to be the best 11 for every game unless there's injuries. Lose another game and top 2 is gone imo.

If he is reading Alf's and Widdow's posts he will probably never come back.

Of course we need to have debate from both sides meaning positive and negative but from those two it's in every single post they write and it's very very tiresome. Totally over the top. Damn right boring. Constantly being rammed down our throats. It's infesting the forum. I have noticed a few regular good posters on a break or spending much less time on the forum. Sniffer Dog, Sausage Roll, The Promise Land, Bad Dog for example.

Pack it in Alf and Widdow stop being so bloody selfish.

Very valid point Username. Is it 4 more matches before the cards total suspensions ends?

We can live with the odd change, as long as the nucleus is still in place. Some may argue that Sow is part of that nucleus (quite rightly so), but it would be foolish to risk him picking up 2 more bookings in games where we can afford to rest him/put him on the bench, when we could still do a job on the likes of QPR without running that risk IMO.

The difference with the Charlton game was the sheer volume of key changes.

We can still afford to make one key change and remain virtually as strong and capable of getting results.

Okay fellas pull your chests back in and put your handbags away.

I will handle it.

It's a forum, we will never all agree, we have to laud and we have to criticise otherwise what is the point.

However there is no need to keep going round in circles and making the same point over and over again.

Widdow and Alf (sorry to signal you out, nothing personal) we get your point ok? You have made it clear.

Now, can we can all move on and change the record? After all we do have a promotion battle to look forward to in the coming weeks. Thank you.

Me too. I also think there will be no changes against QPR unless thay are forced upon us.

60 minutes for Sow, 70 minutes for Grabban and Ameobi in an ideal word with one eye on Cardiff on Tuesday night.
