I would be tempted to play Niakhate as DL this match. means keeping the CB pairing that is starting to grow and it means with the ball he can be part of a back three that allows Danilo the chance to drop in to collect the ball and/or Murillo to step forward. Also means Montiel or whoever the RB is can push up knowing we aren't leaving 2v2 situations as normal when both FB's push up.

I like the LB idea. We've seen this season that he can dribble with the ball and cross (a bit) and it will give us some extra height and experience against set pieces. I'm hoping Reyna wanting number 10 will unleash MGW beast mode he hasn't had any real competition since maybe Lingard for about 3 weeks in 2022.
