Belief and confidence is key here - one game at a time. No Extroversion, introversion or Ego.......and as one of our fellow COYR ForestForum members said very recently (sorry, cannot recall who?).....we cannot get spooked by anyone here in the Championship in these last few games. We may be facing Man City away....soon.

My take. Luton is a shit hole. I know. I was born there. Kenilworth Road is a 3rd Division Stadium. They've done well recently. For sure. Believe it or not, the last Luton vs. Forest game I went to was 73-74 Season when I met two of my cousins in Broadmarsh and they took me along to the game.

Luton isn't Chelsea.

We recently worried Liverpool. Luton didn't.

We've got this.

Confident we can win this, at one time I was always 50- 50 on games but now we can win everything every time. OK we might have the odd hick-up but forget it and move on.

We have this in our own hands.

As the game draws closer I'm growing in confidence that we'll be right up for this. We've had a decent rest, and Coops will have them fired up.

Fancy us to put on a show and set the marker for the weekend in this one. Huge game but we normally put our best foot forward and deliver a performance now.

Luton will be hurting from Monday night, if we score early it will really test there resilience.

Also, we will be playing in front of the cameras, which this season we have done well in front of.

Mr Spence always smashes it in front of the cameras.

A 0-1 win in the last minute off a Luton defenders backside will do me.

We don't do 0-1 backside wins any more though Sniff do we? That was last season.

No but I just think that we are due one.

I just put this on Championship thread, but probably should be here. I'd jump at Sniffs prediction above.

it just me? (probably) Or does it feel like a touch of supporter complacency (and in some cases over confidence/arrogance) is creeping in?
The atmosphere v Cov was flat for long periods as if expectations were not being met. Brum was a bit better-due to early goal. Now I see comments all over the place writing off Lutons chances after they lost both midfielders, missed a pen and were unfortunate not to get something away at Huddersfield in atrocious conditions.

Every game is tough in this league and Luton in their own back yard is a very tough fixture.

I am confident that if we play well we get something from Kenilworth Rd. However, Luton have been very adept at stopping teams from playing well at their place. A real banana skin this game  make no mistake.

For me I don`t expect to win every game I just believe we can

RE: Luton Town - Nottingham Forest - ozzyten10 - 14-04-2022

I hope Spence gets his mojo back. Has been tightly marked and has picked a safer option possibly under instruction but seems frustrated last 2 matches in particular. What it has done is open up the opposite flank - Cov goals both came from that side and also Birmingham.
I also think zink will come into his own o et the next few games.
